I love Tong Sui! Their smoothies always taste fresh and made out of real fruit (it doesn’t taste artificial)! My favorite is the strawberry cheezo. I’ve also had the avocado smoothie, and I really like it because it basically tastes like a blended avocado. I also think their coconut deserts are great if you want a light tasting desert that’s not too sweet. This time we got the sesame coconut pudding and my boyfriend liked it. The service is timely. There’s not usually a line when I come so I never have to wait too long and the servers are attentive in taking your order. They also have a screen kiosk right next to the order counter so you can also use the kiosk to browse the menu. The inside is also really cute. I like their green walls with wood paneling. It feels warm and welcoming. They also have these interesting wooden bleacher sitting area in the back that I haven’t seen outside this cafe. The cafe is spacious and there is a lot of seating. Parking: There are many parking garages in Palo Alto so it’s not too hard for us to find parking

Matcha, mango, coconut with oolong jellies (lowest sweetness) are wildly good. Like the best boba with non boba drink I’ve ever had! I’ve had 2 in the last week. And I live in Berkeley!

A must for open-minded-desert-lovers , really delicious a pleasant surprise ( for someone that don’t love coconut) . The pudins are inventive, delicious and (surprisingly) low sugar , I tried the mango mochi : 5 stars !

This is a cute dessert & Drink Spot in heart of Downtown Palo Alto! This location is a little more delightful as their other branches like in Milpitas! We had the black sesame pudding and the taro ube sago here, and both were absolutely delicious. I’ve had the taro bobo milk in another location and it was great too, with customizable sugar options! Steet parking is ample and easy to find. The cafe itself is spacious, with plenty of seating, and the interior is beautifully designed—a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a treat. What truly stands out here is their exceptional customer service. On one visit, a customer mentioned that one of their items wasn’t quite right. The staff went above and beyond by proactively reaching out to us to check if we noticed the same issue, offering a full refund if so. This kind of care and attention to detail is rare and much appreciated! The staff here, as always, are warm, smiling, and attentive. They also offer great low-sugar and low-calorie options for drinks, puddings, and desserts. A fantastic place to visit for a refreshing drink or a delicious dessert—it’s a real gem in the heart of downtown!

I was skeptical because the pudding was pricey, however, it was really good! We shared the mango mochi pudding and I could have finished a whole jar by myself. So good! The sweetness level was perfect and the pudding was so light.

Fun little spot. We had the strawberry coconut pudding and the coconut freeze drink. Both were refreshing and tasty without being heavy or too sweet. The reusable glass jars can be recycled for a free yogurt (bring in 10 clean jars). Not inexpensive but nothing in Palo Alto is...
